Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the shipment and content, and notify carrier upon receipt for any visible damage. If any item suffered breakage during transit, please e-mail a photography of the broken item to email@example.com and mention your order number. We will contact you within 2 business days and initiate a replacement shipment. We will also advise on the handling of the damaged piece.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange purchased items, we can accommodate your request within 15 days after delivery, except for Special imports, special editions and sale items that are not be eligible for returns.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (888) 506-0526 in order to be given a Return Authorization Number that will have to be marked on the boxes being shipped back. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
The product returned must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected in our facility, we will inform you by email of the acceptance of the return and will proceed to the refund of the value of your order minus shipping costs.
